It's a small Mdina Textured vase from about 1970, see p 41 Michael Harris: Mdina Glass & Isle of Wight Studio Glass by Mark Hill. Apparently Michael Harris and Geoffrey Baxter discussed mass producing textured vases in the early 1960s. This is a desirable colourway, but the less desirable shape
