For your consideration is a very nice antique art nouveau iridescent art glass vase with Egyptian revival motifs/symbols. Bohemian or Austrian made, Fritz Heckart, Loetz, Moser, Karlsbad??? I believe this was made in the early 1900s maybe 1890's?. Enameled mosaic overlay band and enameled overlay of a Winged Serpent Cobra Goddess Mersdosa or Uraeus or Wajet that would have been found in on tomb walls, many mythology's surround the meaning of these Goddesses. Unsigned, smooth pontil, small chip on rim, no other cracks or repairs. Really unusual looking piece. Measures 7-1/2" x 5". Please view images for further details. Thank you for looking.
