Really interesting reading about the Kavalier glass.  I'm sure that hasn't been mentioned on here before and it's always good to learn about something new.  Thank you.

Love the Koral :)

In the history of glass it was always rare and expensive to find RED glass, as GOLD was part of its formulation.
Everything changed when in 1832 an extraordinary man
Friedrich Egermann
he found a way to produce Ruby Red glass of unmatched beauty at standard prices. With characteristic design patterns that have continued to be produced until 2021, the year in which the firm closed due to bankruptcy due to Covi and high gas prices.

Among the characters of the Commedia dell'arte:
Pantalone / Il Dottore / il Zanne / Arlecchino / Brighella / Pulcinella / Il Capitano / Colombina....
Jan Gabrhel set his sights on "Pierrot", melancholic victim of love, in love with moon.

These vases by Jaroslav Svoboda constituted an exception in Škrdlovice's (1969)production: for their unusual coloring and for their double functionality as individual vases or the possibility of being grouped modularly for use in architecture or interior design.

Someone said that there are three great passions that move humanity:
POWER / MONEY / and SEX. And that can be summarized in one: SEX..............
........is this true? ------ !Caramba!!

Alguien dijo que son tres las grandes pasiones que mueven a la humanidad:
PODER / DINERO / y SEXSO. Y que se pueden resumir en una: SEXSO.............
........será esto cierto?. ----!Caramba!! -----

and there are those who claim that extraterrestrials are governed by the same passions
and that they can be summarized in the same way. !! Caramba!!...!!Caramba!!

y hay quien afirma que los extraterrestres se rigen por las mismas pasiones
y que se pueden  resumir de igual manera.  !! Caramba!!...!!Caramba!!

MARTELÉ.
In the times of <Art Nouveau> this type of glass became fashionable.
Gallé, Daum…in France. Consolidated,Phoenix… in the U.S.A.
In Bohemia: Loetz, Rindskopf, ,Kralik
The last one gave greater emphasis to this unique texture. Its iridescent and pearly pieces, with fruity applications, are very beautiful and appreciated.

ZPÍVAJÍCÍ FONTÁNA = Singing fountain.
                   1957
.- A young woman, an art student, falls in love with her teacher.
.- A restricted ideas competition is called for a fountain in the Czechoslovakia pavilion at Expo-Brussels 58.
.- The teacher and other architects prepare proposals.
.- The Professor invites his student, now his wife, to participate in the contest.
.- Four projects remain finalists.
.- Finally Dana Hlobilová, the young student, wins the contest with his ZPÍVAJÍCÍ FONTÁNA
.- This would be the start of a long and complicated journey.
