cristal D'arque serving platter?

We picked this plate up as we needed something to serve dips on.  It is quite large and very heavy with frosted parrots and leaves on.  Doesn't look to have any age to it but would like to know who made it please.  I thought maybe cristal d'arques but have not been successful with my searches.  Thank you.

Think I have cracked this one well not literally - J G Durand subsidiary/sister company of Cristal D'arque?
